What we collect, why, and who sees it. Written to be read, not to protect us.
What we collect
Your mobile number — required. It is your identity on Nubet, and we verify it with a code sent over WhatsApp.
Your name, language and city — so we can show you nearby salons in your language.
Your bookings: the salon, the services, the time and the amount. If you choose a home visit, the address you gave.
Your reviews, and the salons you saved as favourites.
If you sign in with Google or Apple: the email address they give us.
A device notification token, so booking alerts can reach you.
What we do not collect
We never ask for a payment card and store no banking details — you pay the salon directly.
We do not track your location in the background. The map shows the salon’s location, not yours.
We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who sees your data
The salon you book with sees your name, your number, your appointment time and what you booked — it cannot serve you without them.
Other salons see nothing about you.
We use an external service to deliver WhatsApp messages (your sign-in code and booking alerts); it receives the message and your number in order to deliver it.
We use Google Maps to display salon locations.
Downloading a copy of your data
From Account you can request a full copy. We generate it and give you a link valid for 48 hours — after that the link itself dies, rather than us merely declining to reissue it.
Included: your profile; any linked Google or Apple account and the email it gave us; your bookings with their services, prices and salon; your reviews and the salon’s public replies; and your favourites.
Not included: any other customer’s data — ever. Nor the salon’s private information (its owner, its exact map location, its internal notes), nor which staff member served you, nor the cancellation reason a salon wrote for itself.
Also not included: the salon’s own commercial record about you — your visit count, your total spend, their notes. That is the salon’s commercial assessment of its relationship with you, written by them about you. It is their business data, not yours.
Also not included: one-time passcodes, session tokens and push tokens. Those are security machinery — useless to you and unsafe to have sitting in a downloaded file.
Limit: 3 requests per account per day.
Deleting your account
Account → Delete account. Your account, sign-in codes and sessions are deleted immediately, and your reviews go with it because they are your own speech.
Your bookings are not erased — they are detached from your account. The salon keeps a truthful record of appointments that actually happened, which is the salon’s right. If you had set a name, it is kept on the booking so the salon still knows who the appointment was for.
The salon keeps the phone number it served you on. That is its own record of a transaction that took place.
If your account owns a salon, you cannot delete it from the app: doing so would destroy the salon and every booking ever made with it, including other customers’. Contact support instead.
Download your copy before you delete. Afterwards we cannot restore it.
How long we keep things
Your profile stays for as long as your account exists.
Download links expire after 48 hours.
One-time sign-in codes expire within minutes.
Your rights
See and download your data whenever you want.
Correct your name, language and city from the app.
Turn off reminder notifications in account settings. Booking notifications themselves (confirmed, cancelled) still arrive — they are part of the service.
Delete your account.
