Nubet connects customers with salons. The service itself is provided by the salon, not by us.

Your account

One account per mobile number, and the number must be yours.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Never share your sign-in code.

The details you enter must be accurate — the salon relies on them to serve you.

A booking is an agreement between you and the salon. Nubet delivers and organises it; it does not provide the service or guarantee its outcome.

Some salons confirm bookings automatically; others review them first. The booking’s status tells you which.

If you cannot come, cancel in the app as early as you can. Late cancellations and no-shows affect your standing with salons.

A salon may cancel your booking (an emergency, a staff member off sick). You are notified when it does.

Prices are in Iraqi dinars and are set by the salon.

You pay the salon directly. Nubet does not take payment and stores no payment details.

The price shown when you booked is kept on that booking, even if the salon changes its prices later.

Some salons offer home visits. You provide the address at booking, and it goes to the salon so they can reach you.

A travel fee may apply; it is shown to you before you confirm.

You can review a salon after completing a booking with it.

A review must be your genuine experience. We remove reviews that are abusive, false, or that publish personal information.

The salon may reply publicly to your review.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your services, prices and opening hours, and for delivering the service a customer booked.

Customer details you receive are for serving that customer — not for marketing, and not to pass on to anyone else.

Photos you upload must be your own work and yours to publish.

Fake bookings, numbers that are not yours, attempting to reach someone else’s account, or anything that disrupts the service.

We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.

Nubet is an intermediary. The quality and outcome of the service are the salon’s responsibility.

We work to keep the platform running, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted.

You can delete your account at any time from Account. See the privacy policy for exactly what happens.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms customers or salons.

If we change these terms, the last-updated date at the top of the page changes with them.

The laws of the Republic of Iraq apply.
